Step 1

You call me, mail me, have me contacted. Then we will have a first meeting free of charge where we get to know each other. If we feel comfortable about each other and have your goals defined this will be our first step for a cooperation.

Step 2

After the meeting we know which way we are heading and I can work on a concept and exercise plan which we will discuss afterwards.

Step 3

We are ready for take off. Since it's all about the client, adaptations might become necessary (due to illnesses, vacations, or you simply notice that you don't like some sorts of exercises).
